If you are interested in porting to the TCHAO jurisdiction, please notify your housing authority.

After two weeks of TCHAO receiving your portability paperwork, we will mail you an appointment letter inviting you to a portability briefing.

TCHAO's portability briefings are being conducted virtually.

TCHAO allocates vouchers:  Two people per bedroom; if there is a two person household and the second person is the age of six and older and NOT a spouse, the family will be issued a two bedroom voucher.
