JP Pct. 3 Fee Payments

We accept cash (for exact amount only), cashier's checks, and company checks (no temporary checks), as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express at the offices between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on County holidays.  If you have any questions, you may want to call prior to coming in to file or pay.

Note:

• Credit card payments are charged a three percent convenience fee in addition to the amount payable to the Court.
• Cashier's checks and company checks should be made payable to: Justice of the Peace Precinct 3

This office does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
