Tarrant County Public Health Reports 12 COVID-19 Deaths
Jan. 13, 2022 - (Tarrant County) - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 12 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a woman from Bedford exceeding 90, a woman from Fort Worth in her 80s, a man from North Richland Hills in his 80s, a man and a woman from Fort Worth in their 70s, a woman and two men from Fort Worth in their 60s, a man from Kennedale in his 60s, a man from White Settlement in his 50s, a man from Saginaw in his 30s and a woman from unincorporated Tarrant County in her 30s. All except one had underlying health conditions.
Tarrant County now has 5,111 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 373,903 people have recovered.
COVID-19 causes respiratory illness with cough, fever and shortness of breath and may lead to bronchitis and severe pneumonia.
