Warrants

The Precinct 2 Constable’s Office is responsible for serving all warrants received.  Most of the warrants received and executed by this office are from the Texas Attorney General’s Office and are related to “criminal non-support” or “non-payment” of child support.

Another example of warrants handled by our office are Truancy warrants filed by School District officials. These warrants are handled by bringing the student back to the court for a violation of their court order(s) or failure to appear.
