Secure Access for Attorneys

 

***Notice of Changes to Secure Attorney Access***

 

The Tarrant County Clerk’s Office is now offering attorneys remote access to civil and probate case files. By subscribing to this service, attorneys will have the ability to view and print (see exceptions below) documents from civil and probate cases. Subscription to the service is $100 annually and a one-time setup fee of $50. To subscribe, please use the Secure Attorney Access Form below. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted via email within 48 business hours to let you know your account has been activated.

 

 

In order to view and print documents the following must apply:

  •        You must be a current subscriber to Secure Attorney Access
  •        You must have an email address
  •        Sealed cases, sealed document and non-public images are not available.

 

Please note:  District Clerk records are not included in a subscription to Secure Attorney Access.
