Can attorneys or defendants be excused from appearing at docket?	The Initial Appearance docket is the ONLY docket from which the attorney and defendant may routinely be excused. Contact the court to determine if the defendant is excused. Attorneys and defendants are otherwise required to appear for all other settings.
How do I find out the date and time of my court appearance?	Contact your attorney or bondsman for dates and times of upcoming court appearances. Always make sure that your attorney and bondsman have all numbers where you may be reached so they may keep you informed of upcoming court appearances, etc.
