Costs:

• Children 0-18 years old - $8 per shot
• Adult Safety Net vaccines for those 19 years & older with no insurance - $15 per shot

Only cash, check, CHIP or Medicaid accepted.
Credit card and debit card payments will not be accepted.

No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

If your child has private insurance that pays for needed vaccines, see your child's doctor.
