Summary: Donated research material concerning early Tarrant County farmer John Peter Daniel Muhlinghaus. Muhlinghaus was a native of Prussia who came to America in 1834 as part of a group that planned to settle in Missouri. He moved to Texas in the 1850s and owned land in Tarrant County.
