Summary:  The Pioneers Rest Cemetery Collection consists of a photograph and various documents related to the Zane-Cetti family. In 1895, Jessie Shenton Zane-Cetti helped found the Texas Brewing Company in Fort Worth. His daughter, Miss Marian Zane-Cetti lived in her father’s home after his death in 1922 with her sister Louise until her death. She is buried in the family plot at Pioneers Rest.  An endowment fund was left in the Zane-Cetti name to help with the upkeep of the cemetery.

  • Marian Emily Zane-Cetti (1885-1966), portrait photograph taken by Wilton Portrait, date unknown. (image shown) Subject was the daughter of Jessie Shenton Zane-Cetti (1844-1922) and Emma Amelia Hoeflein Zane-Cetti.
  • Certificate from Fort Worth, Texas Public Schools, May 21, 1898, acknowledging that Marian Cetti had completed coursework through the Seventh Grade. Certificate signed by Principal M. G. Bates, Superintendent of Schools E. E. Bramlette, and Teacher Severe E. Frost.
  • Certificate from The Imperial Council of the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine for North America admitting "Zane Cetti" in membership to the Hella Temple of Dallas on May 14, 1909
