This project will involve the design and construction of a Texas Turnaround on US287 at the north side of E. Broad St. Within the next five years there will be heavy retail, a multi-use facility (approx. 750,000 sq. ft.), and a hospital in this area. The improvement at this intersection will help relieve congestion and minimize delays. It will need TXDOT approval.
