The Business Application Development and Support (BADS) unit is responsible for ensuring that applications performing essential functions for county business units are available and operating. We provide this service through five dedicated Centers of Excellence (CoE) with the expertise and focus needed to support our diverse county business community. The CoEs are: Integrated Justice, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Information Resource Management, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and eGovernment.
