The Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) services all Tarrant County departments. The PPMO helps them achieve their strategic vision by developing innovative technology-enabled solutions that are aligned to Tarrant County’s strategic goals. Through governance and standards based best practices, the PPMO will execute cost-effective and timely project portfolio programs that deliver optimal value, while sustaining critical operational services to our stakeholders and citizens.
